Join us for a Repo The Genetic Opera Shadowcast on March 18, 2023 at Midnight! The show is at the Irving Theater in Indianapolis. Doors open at 11pm, pre-show events begin at 11:30pm that you don’t want to miss, and show starts at midnight.

Repo! The Genetic Opera is a 2008 American rock opera based on the 2002 stage show.

While initially released to mixed reviews, it gained a cult following, managing even to fill theaters worldwide with costumed fans performing alongside the film.

That is  “shadowcast“, in which live actors act out and lip sync the movie during the movie screening. This would include audience participation such as, call back lines to the screen and certain props being used during the movie as well as other audience participation.

Transylvanian Lip Treatment (also known as TLT) has carried on this live shadowcast tradition for over ten years and is one of the most active casts in the midwest. Their show is an experience of uncensored fun and debauchery that pulls the audience in to be a part of the show.
